(Louisville, KY) - Abortion-rights advocates are suing to challenge Kentucky's new abortion ban.
The ACLU, ACLU of Kentucky, and Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit Monday. It argues the Kentucky Constitution protects the right to privacy and bodily autonomy.
The suit comes after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last Friday.
