The Boy Scouts of America is filing for bankruptcy. Will the Scouts go under - and what does this mean for the lawsuits against them? NBC News Radio's Bill Zimpfer joins Tony with the latest.

For decades, the number of work-related fatalities in the United States has been on the decline. In 1928, job-related injuries claimed the lives of 19,000 Americans. In 2017, the number had fallen to 5,147 – a 73% decrease over the 90-year period. And while the rate of non-fatal injuries continues to fall, the National Safety Council finds that workplace fatalities have not followed that trend. Recently, in fact, they’ve crept upward. The NSC has set an ambitious goal: To eliminate on-the-job fatalities through the use of technology. ABC's Jim Ryan has looked at the numbers and breaks them down with Tony.
