It's another busy week for Foreign Policy, with North Korea conducting another "significant" test over the weekend, the Trump Administration expected to announce a troop drawdown in Afghanistan, and word that suspected Chinese spies were ordered out of the country this fall. NBC News Radio 's Bill Zimpfer joins Tony with the latest developments.
