The Southern District of New York opened a sealed indictment against billionaire Jeffrey Epstein Monday morning. What did the indictment charge and what did authorities say at their press conference? NBC News Radio's Michael Bower joins Tony with the latest.

Researchers writing in the Journal of the American Medical Association are scratching their heads over the findings of a study into teen marijuana use in states where pot has been legalized for medical or recreational purposes. Not only does legalization not appear to encourage teenaged use, but it may reduce it. Eleven states and the District of Columbia have now legalized recreational pot use, while 34 permit medical use. ABC's Jim Ryan joins Tony with a look at the numbers.
