America has a new billionaire this morning and locally a new millionaire.  ABC News' Cheri Preston is following overnight lottery developments.

The caravan of mostly Honduran migrants making its way to the United States through Central America, has increased in size to nearly 10,000 men women and children. Still over a thousand miles from the US border, the caravan rested yesterday out of respect for a Honduran migrant who fell from a vehicle yesterday and died. During an oval office event with the President, Vice President Pence told reporters the caravan was organized by leftist groups and financed by Venezuela. Pence said its “inconceivable” there are not potential terrorists in the group.  CBS News' Adrienne Bard is following in Mexico and talks with Tony.
