We're not real sure what's going on here in China, but it's kinda creeping us out.  See for yourself in today's "Video of the Day"

Monster storm Florence is moving farther inland, threatening the Carolinas with days of catastrophic flood conditions. Waters are rising at record levels, submerging roads into and out of towns like Wilmington, where there is no escape. More than a dozen people have been killed and hundreds more are trapped inside their homes. North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper warned residents yesterday: “The storm has never been more dangerous than it is right now.”  ABC News' Jim Ryan is there and has the latest with Tony.

As a vote nears on the vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, allegations of sexual harassment are making headlines.  NBC News' Bill Zimpfer is following weekend developments.
