A judge in Manhattan Tuesday denied President Trump’s attempt to dismiss a lawsuit from Summer Zervos. Saying “No one is above the law,” the judge wrote that “the President of the United States has no immunity and is subject to the laws for purely private acts.” Zervos, a one-time Apprentice contestant, accused President Trump of sexual misconduct prior to him becoming president. This came on the same day as former playboy model Karen McDougal announcing a lawsuit against the National Enquirer, saying she was tricked into signing an agreement to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump and Stormy Daniels' attorney releasing the results of a polygraph she took in 2011, asking about her physical relationship with Trump.
