We're pretty sure the water should be OUTSIDE the boat, right?  Passengers on the Norwegian Cruise Lines ship Breakaway were caught in the “bomb cyclone” weather front on return to Manhattan from the Bahamas last week. Tonight Metro Council votes on a new president.  Current President David Yates joins Tony with a look back at his time presiding over the council.

Despite the controversies involving the NFL, football is still an important part of the lives of millions of Americans.  Both on a professional and high school level the issue of concussions has become more serious than ever.  NBC News Radio National Correspondent Bill Zimpfer spoke with Hall of Fame Quarterback Brett Favre about the issue and what needs to be done and shares with Tony what he found out.
