Embattled Rep. John Conyers is “not going to be pressured” to resign from office after House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called on the congressman to step down Thursday over sexual harassment allegations. “Nancy Pelosi did not elect the congressman and she sure as hell won’t be the one to tell the congressman to leave," said Conyers' lawyer on Thursday. Conyers is recovering in the hospital from a stress-related illness. Meanwhile, a fifth accuser has stepped forward accusing Sen. Al Franken of sexual misconduct. Army veteran, Stephanie Kemplin, says Sen. Al Franken touched her inappropriately during a photo op while she was deployed in Kuwait. ABC News' Brad Mielke has the latest with Tony.
