A woman says Al Franken pulled her in tightly and put his hand on her buttocks in 2010 while posing for a picture at the Minnesota State Fair, the second allegation of improper conduct against the Democrat and first involving his time as a senator. Late Monday, a Franken spokesperson told ABC News the senator doesn't plan to resign in light of this second accusation. Meanwhile, Roy Moore's first accuser, Leigh Corfman, appeared in a TV interview on Monday and said that she had wanted to confront Moore years ago but didn't because he was powerful and the encounter gutted her self-confidence. Corfman said she was "absolutely not" paid to tell her story publicly. ABC's Brad Miekle takes a look with Tony.
