On Monday evening, Houston's Mayor Sylvester Turner confirmed three deaths in Houston.  Houston, the country’s fourth largest city, has been inundated with flooding and according to the national weather service, the flooding hasn’t even hit its peak.  ABC's Ryan Burrow is in Houston with the latest overnight developments and shares with Tony.

The Department of Defense, released a statement Monday evening that North Korea had conducted a missile launch that flew over Japan.   While NORAD determined the missile launch did not pose a threat to North America, they were still working on getting more information at press time.  Luis Martinez is at the Pentagon and talks with Tony.
