A police sergeant in Austin, Texas, has filed suit against Ford Motor Co. and a local dealership, claiming that he suffered severe neurological problems after he was poisoned by carbon monoxide in his department-owned Ford Explorer. The lawsuit claims damages of more than a million dollars and could prompt other litigation from police who claim injuries. Jim Ryan joins Tony w/the latest.
