Kentucky Not Among Most 'Tax-Friendly' States

A new study shows Kentucky isn't among the nation's most tax-friendly states. 

An analysis by MoneyGeek ranks every state, looking at income tax, property taxes, state and local taxes as well as other factors.  The study ranks Kentucky as the 29th most tax-friendly state.

Wyoming ranks number one, while Illinois is the least tax friendly.
