(Louisville, KY) - There are ways people can help the family of an LMPD officer killed on the job.
Officer Zachary Cottongim was killed Saturday when he was hit by a vehicle on I-64 while helping another vehicle that had been in an accident.
Those who want to help can donate by going to the Louisville Metro Police Foundation's Facebook page, or they can donate at the LMPF's website, which is SaferLouisville.org.
