Fischer spoke in more detail Wednesday about the top-to-bottom review of the city's police department and its search for a new leader.Ā
Residents are being asked to complete a survey listing the three skills they want to see in a chief, suggestions for improving policy and what a new chief needs to accomplish.Ā
