(Frankfort, KY) - The phased reopening of Kentucky is getting underway Monday.
The reopening of the economy is getting started with manufacturing, construction and professional services.
Churchill Downs is allowing horses to return to its facilities Monday. Spring-meet racing will start this weekend.
A date has been set for reopening Kentucky's bars. Governor Andy Beshear's Healthy at Work website says bars will be able to reopen on July 1st. It also says only groups of 50 people or less will be allowed to gather.
Restaurants are scheduled to reopen to partial capacity on May 22nd.
