(Louisville, KY) - An employee of a senior living community in Old Louisville is under enforced quarantine.
The Louisville Metro Department of Health and Wellness says it repeatedly tried to contact the employee of Treyton Oak Towers to ensure they were self-isolating after testing positive for COVID-19.
The employee has since been fitted with a monitoring device.
Treyton Oak Towers is dealing with a deadly outbreak of coronavirus.
