Rand Paul Says Mass Shooters Are Not Being Stopped

Rand Paul Meets Potential Voters In Crucial Primary State Of New Hampshire

(Bowling Green, KY) - Senator Rand Paul says almost every mass shooter recently is sending out signals.

Appearing on CNN's State of the Union, the Kentucky Republican cited Nikolas Cruz, the alleged shooter who killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Paul also noted mass shooting suspects typically tend to be "white boys in their middle teenage years to early 20s."

He said it's a cultural problem and they're losing sense of right and wrong that should be addressed.
