Southern Indiana Judge Shot In Indianapolis Heads Home

(Indianapolis, IN) - One of the two Clark County judges who was shot in Indianapolis earlier this month is heading home. 

Judge Bradley Jacobs' family says he left the hospital earlier this week. 

Jacobs and Judge Andrew Adams were shot in an Indianapolis White Castle parking lot on May 1st after a night out. 

Police released two suspects in the case last week after prosecutors said they couldn't make a case against them.
