(Louisville, KY) - The man accused of killing two shoppers at the Jeffersontown Kroger is incompetent to stand trial.
That's what a judge ruled Thursday during a competency hearing for Gregory Bush.
Federal prosecutors say race was the motivation for last October's killings. Bush is white and both victims were black.
The judge said Bush will be forced to take his medication and could later be found competent to go to trial.
