The First Of Several Anti-Abortion Bills In KY Heads To Governor's Desk

FRANKFORT, Ky. -- The first of several anti-abortion measures in Kentucky's legislature is on its way to Governor Bevin's desk.

House Bill 5 bans abortions due to the fetus' race, sex or disability. It passed on a vote of 32 to 4.

Critics of the measure worry is will force women to lie to their doctors.

The American Civil Liberties Union says they will file a lawsuit challenging the measure.
