LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A man on home incarceration is charged with committing Louisville's latest homicide.
LMPD says 18 year old Tayshon Caudell admitted to being involved in a drug deal on Pixley Way in the Newburg neighborhood where he and another person were trying to make a buy using counterfeit money. At some point during the deal, Caudell pulled a gun and tried to rob the victim, fatally wounding the man before fleeing the scene.
Arrest records show Caudell is on home incarceration and his GPS tracker showed him at the scene at the time of the shooting.
He's facing a list of charges including murder, robbery and tampering with physical evidence.
This is Louisville's fourth homicide of the year.--
