Reward Offered in Gas Station Owner's Murder

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. - Jeffersonville police released new pictures and video in hopes of finding the person who killed a man during a gas station robbery.

Praful Patel was killed in October at the Stop N Go on Allison Lane.  The Patel family owned the business for several years.

The person who shot Patel was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, gloves and dark tennis shoes with white soles.  An undisclosed amount of money was taken from Patel's store by the shooter.

Police are asking for the public's help in finding the killer after eliminating several leads.   The FBI is offering up to a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
