(Frankfort, KY) - Governor Matt Bevin is expressing his disappointment after a special session he called has ended with no progress on pension reform.
Bevin called the move a financial blow to the commonwealth.
The governor called the special session Monday night in an effort to address the commonwealth's struggling pension system before the new legislative term begins.
Both the House and Senate adjourned last night less than 24 hours after the session began.
