(Louisville, KY) - Racist items are now banned at the Kentucky Exposition Center and Kentucky International Convention Center.
The Kentucky State Fair Board unanimously approved a resolution Thursday banning items of racist ideology from being sold or given away.
The ban comes after outrage was expressed when Nazi-themed items were displayed and sold at last month's National Gun Day show at the Expo Center.
Confederate flags were already banned; however, there were no rules against KKK or Nazi items.
