(Carlisle, KY) - An independent candidate in Kentucky's Sixth Congressional District is facing a charge of disorderly conduct.
James Germalic of Parma, Ohio is behind bars, but police haven't released details of the arrest.
Germalic is constitutionally allowed to run for federal office in Kentucky as long as he resides in the state when elected.
