LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The current owner of Jewish Hospital has lined up a potential new owner.
Kentucky One Health and its parent company Catholic Health Initiatives have entered into exclusive negations with Blue Mountain Capital Management that could end with the sale of Jewish Hospital and all other Kentucky One Health facilities in Louisville to the asset management firm. In a statement, Kentucky One says the process has just started and any deal would be subject to the due diligence of both parties and regulatory approval. The negotiations are expected to take place over the next several months.
