LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville Metro Police say no charges will be filed in the shooting death of a 2-year-old boy.
The boy was shot in the head as he and his 3-year-old brother were playing with a gun in their Lake Dreamland home.
Police say the gun was in a closet and the children were able to climb up and get it.
The parents were not home at the time. Police say another family member was in the house.
