LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville's most recent homicide victim is a 14-year-old girl.
It happened in the Portland neighborhood Monday night, when police say the 19-year old Tiffany James stabbed 14-year old Madison Branch in an apparent case of cyber bullying.
LMPD Homicide Lt. Emily McKinley says violence among young people is a growing issue, as they turn to violence to resolve their disputes.
Branch died overnight at University Hospital. James is charged with her murder.
