LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The Democrat Party's unity tour makes a stop in Louisville.
Headlining the DNC's "Come Together and Fight Back" Tour, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders says Democrats need to get behind the party's progressive agenda.
Sanders says the Democrat Party needs to become a grass roots effort where decisions are made from the ground up, encouraging the crowd to get out of their comfort zone to reach new people.
The senator also called on President Trump and his supporters to get behind their plan to provide health care for all Americans.
Sanders appeared with DNC Chair Tom Perez who was greeted with a smattering of boos as he took the stage.
