(Louisville, KY) -- Several hundred people attended a unity rally in front of the Jewish Community Center of Louisville on Sunday. A bomb threat was called into the center last Wednesday, forcing an evacuation. CEO Sara Wagner said that more than 100 threats have been made against Jewish institutions across the country this year. She told the crowd that there has been an outpouring of support from the community. Representatives from several faiths were part of the gathering. U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth said he believes that the political discourse in the U.S. has led to a small group of people feeling enabled to make the threats.
