(Louisville, KY) -- A man is dead from a crash while trying to run across Buechel Bypass in the rain on Tuesday. A Ford Mustang turning right on the northbound side of the intersection with Hikes Lane hit the pedestrian around 6:30 a.m. Police say there was no way for the driver to see the person and no criminal charges will be filed. The pedestrian started to cross when all the lights were red and was hit by the Mustang after the light turned green. The driver stopped and called for help.
