LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- 41st and Broadway is the scene of Louisville's 11th homicide this year.
Police found a man, believed to be in his 20s, fatally shot in front of an apartment complex Tuesday afternoon.
Neighbors say buses were dropping children off from school and the street was full of people when the shooting happened.
LMPD Spokeswomen Alicia Smiley says there are no outstanding suspects.
