(Louisville, KY) - A man is accused of stealing police equipment and impersonating an officer. Louisville Metro Police says Robert Dumonte targeted police cruisers.
LMPD announced the arrest Thursday, saying Dumonte was caught with several things taken from a police cruiser stolen from the First Division lot last month.
Police say he was armed with two handguns, two LMPD Tasers and was wearing an LMPD tactical vest when he was arrested.
