(Florence, KY) - A northern Kentucky bar owner is standing up against Governor Andy Beshear's mask mandate.

Fox19 is reporting that Town's End Bar owner Patrick Townsend has shared a video on social media of himself and nearly two dozen customers arm-in-arm while not wearing masks.

Townsend says he believes Beshear has gone beyond the limits of his authority.  Townsend has since apologized for using aggressive language in the video but says he stands firm in his position.
