Man Who Allegedly Claimed To Be Missing Boy Will Stay Locked up

(Cincinnati, OH) - The man who claimed to be a missing Illinois boy will stay behind bars in Ohio pending his trial.

Brian Rini was found wandering in Newport, Kentucky last week, claiming to be Timmothy Pitzen. He has been charged with lying to federal agents.

Pitzen disappeared in 2011 and would now be 14-years-old. Rini is a 23-year-old convicted felon.

A judge says he's keeping Rini locked up because of his criminal record, the fact that he is a flight risk, has no identifiable residence, has active warrants and due to his mental health history.
