Job: Window Installers

Location: Louisville, KY

MUST HAVE experience installing Windows & Doors

* Bonus if you experience with Siding, Gutters or Baths

Job Requirements:

  • Cut out and remove old windows
  • Caulk and clean new windows; must have good brake and caulk work
  • Lift and carry up to 75lbs (windows, doors, siding, etc.)
  • Keep job site organized and clean
  • Skilled with all power tools and caulk gun
  • Work well with a team
  • Pride in work and able to follow directions
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have a valid driver’s license; employees can be furnished a Ram Truck, trailer and gas after a trial period

Full Time or Part Time: Full Time

Compensation:$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking for an Immediate Hire an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Are you confident, competitive, results-driven, inspirational, and convincing?

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays. We set 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. appointments. This is a lifestyle you must embrace to excel in a consumer driven market.

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales and cold calling
  • Prior direct sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills - Inspirational communication style that encourages people to move into action.

  • Determined and driven to succeed financially
  • Energetic and loves being out in the field rather than being stuck in an office.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Top Sales Professionals earn $100k - $150k+
