Kentuckiana's Morning News is remembering our fallen heroes this weekend. One of those is the late actor Charles Durning, who as a journalist landed on the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944 along side the 425,000 who were killed in the battle of Normandy. Here is his emotional account of that day.
