AAA is out this morning with their summer travel forecast and says even though fewer Americans will travel this year they're still hungry to go places. The House is expected to vote this morning at 11AM ET on the Justice in Policing Act of 2020.’ A Republican policing bill hit a roadblock Wednesday as Senate Democrats voted against it, leaving the parties to decide whether to negotiate a compromise. In a CBS News Radio interview Tuesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Republicans need to step up with a better bill. “They were trying to get away with murder, actually - the murder of George Floyd.” The comment drew sharp rebuke and calls from Republicans for her to apologize. CBS NEWS Law Enforcement and Security Analyst Paul Viollis joins Tony to talk about what this means.

President Trump says some of the 10,000 American troops he’s pulling out of Germany will be moved to Poland on NATO’s eastern flank against Russian aggression. Trump met Wednesday at the White House with Polish President Andrzej Duda, who is standing for reelection Sunday. Trump again chided Germany for failing to meet NATO members' pledge to spend 2 percent of their domestic national product on defense. Neither Trump nor Duda said how many more troops would be sent to Poland. CBS News Military Analyst Jeff McCausland discusses with Tony.
