Reports this week say that sudden and wide-ranging outages in online and telecommunication services in the U.S. has led some to believe it is the result of a coordinated attack. By now, you've seen the stories of the growing numbers of COVID-19 -- again -- now that the country is re-opening What's troubling about the numbers is that, at least in 2 states, they are skewing younger. In Texas, people under the age of 30 are testing positive for COVID at a higher rate than before, leading to a recent spike in the number of cases in the state, according to Gov. Greg Abbott. And in California, an analysis released this week shows that more than 44% of new diagnoses are in people age 34 or younger, up from 29% a month ago. Dr. Simone Wildes joins Tony breaking down the data.
