North Carolina Senator Richard Burr is officially under investigation by the FBI, accused of profiting from inside information about the coronavirus before it was public. After nearly 33,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 2,300 deaths from the illness, Louisiana is finally prepared to begin re-opening some of its businesses. Statewide, restaurant dining rooms will re-open on Friday, but at only 25% of their capacity. In New Orleans, where novel coronavirus is thought to have gotten its foothold in Louisiana during Mardi Gras, the standards are even stricter. ABC's Jim Ryan is following developments and breaks it down with Tony.
