Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley says the US military is ready for anything from North Korea in the face of Pyongyang's ominous promise of a "Christmas gift" if Washington does not act to ease tensions. US Intelligence believes a short range missile test could come at any time, but a long range missile test is not expected until after the first of the year.
