Mexican authorities investigating the massacre of nine American women and children believe the shooting may have been the result of mistaken identity. Family members tell CBS News they believe the group was intentionally targeted by a drug cartel. Five of the eight children who survived the ambush in Northern Mexico are being treated in a Tuscon, Arizona hospital. A heavily armed man who was arrested Tuesday night is no longer considered a suspect in Monday's massacre. The funerals are expected to begin as early as today. CBS News' Adrienne Bard joins Tony from Mexico City with the latest.

Were ballots thrown into boxes on election day? "That's not how it's done (at least in Jefferson County)" says Nore Ghibaudy, spokesman for the Jefferson County Clerk's Office who joins Tony to talk about the process on the election day.

"The proper thing to do is concede...." - Jason Nemes KY State Representative for eastern Jefferson County with Tony Cruise talking about the Governor's election. Listen to the full conversation here.
