Turkish tanks and troops are moving towards the border with Northern Syria just days after US forces were abruptly withdrawn. Turkey is expected to mount an offensive against Kurdish troops in Syria. The Kurds, who have served as US allies in the fight against ISIS, are infuriated. They stand to lose the autonomy they gained in the course of Syria's civil war. Turkey considers the Kurds "terrorists." CBS News Military Analyst Jeff McCausland joins Tony with analysis.
