In – what may be – history’s first recorded case of a crime committed in space, American astronaut Anne McClain is accused of accessing her spouse’s bank account while she was aboard the International Space Station. McClain and her spouse, Summer Worden, have been engaged in a custody battle over Worden’s six year-old son Briggs after filing for divorce in October 2018. McClain emphatically denies the allegation. ABC's Jim Ryan has the story with Tony.

The United States and China are working to ease trade tensions, with Beijing calling for calm and President Trump predicting a deal after markets fell in response to new tariffs from both countries. Mr. Trump, speaking on the sidelines of the G7 summit, said Chinese officials had contacted U.S. trade counterparts overnight and offered to return to the negotiating table. CBS News' Jill Schlessinger joins Tony.
