Two freshman congresswoman are not backing down over being denied entry to Israel, while at the same time, House speaker Nancy Pelosi is warning the White House not to follow through on a so-called rescissions package. The latest state to be struck by a widespread hack attack is Texas, where state investigators say 23 communities have been targeted in a “coordinated” ransomware onslaught. The state’s Department of Information Resources has not publicly identified the targeted entities, but says they were primarily smaller municipal governments. Are others at risk? ABC's Jim Ryan joins Joe with the latest.

Britain's Prince Andrew has rejected renewed suggestions he may have been involved in the alleged sex crimes of his one-time friend Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew says in a statement released by Buckingham Palace that he "has been appalled by the recent reports of Jeffrey Epstein's alleged crimes. His Royal Highness deplores the exploitation of any human being and the suggestion he would condone, participate in or encourage any such behavior is abhorrent." The statement was released after a video showing Andrew inside Epstein's New York home, waving goodbye to a young woman. The video was recorded after Epstein's 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitution involving a minor. ABC's Tom Rivers joins Joe with the latest.

The death toll from a late-night suicide bombing at a crowded wedding party in the Afghan capital rose to at least 63 on Sunday, including women and children, officials said. The local Islamic State (ISIS) group's affiliate claimed responsibility for what was the deadliest attack in Kabul this year. Another 182 people were wounded in the Saturday night explosion, government spokesman Feroz Bashari said. Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrat Rahimi confirmed the casualty toll as families began to bury the dead. Some helped to dig graves with their bare hands. Kabul residents were outraged as there appears to be no end to violence even as the U.S. and the Taliban say they are nearing a deal to end their 18-year conflict, America's longest war.
