The Supreme Court is ruling on an Indiana abortion law signed by then-Governor Mike Pence prohibiting abortions because of gender, race or disability. NBC News Radio's Michael Bower joins Tony with the latest.

Oklahoma faced off in court against Johnson & Johnson on Tuesday, marking the first major case against an opioid maker to go to trial. Oklahoma's Attorney General alleges that the country's largest drug maker fueled the state's raging opioid crisis with deceptive marketing that downplayed the risks of opioids and overstated their benefits, contributing to a public health crisis, according to the lawsuit. The proceedings, which will be decided by a judge and not a jury. Aaron joins Tony with a preview.

A large and dangerous tornado touched down on the western edge of Kansas City, Kansas, Tuesday and was headed toward a heavily populated and popular entertainment and shopping area, the National Weather Service said. The tornado was part of a massive severe weather system in the central United States that has produced tornado activity for eight straight days. ABC's Jim Ryan is in Kansas City and shares with Tony the stories from that region.
