Military analysts are looking at North Korea's latest actions, to determine what kind of weapons were fired this week. What have we learned, and how is the Trump Administration reacting to the recent increase in activity? NBC News Radio's Bill Zimpfer breaks down the latest developments with Tony.

The Trump administration says it has seized a North Korean cargo ship that US officials say was used to transport coal in violation of international sanctions. The Justice Department, who announced the seizure of the Wise Honest, says the ship was detained by Indonesia last month with two dozen crew members on board. The announcement came hours after North Korea fired three suspected short-range missiles, its second weapons launch in five days. CBS Military Analyst Mike Lyons joins Tony with a break down.

Louisville Metro Police Chief Steve Conrad has issued a policy for his officers when stopping someone. The LMPD's Lamont Washington joins Tony to talk about it.
