As a pedestrian was struck on Blankenbaker Parkway, the Governors Highway Safety Association today is releasing its latest look at pedestrian fatalities for 2018, finding a dramatic increase from the year before and the highest death count since 1990. The GHSA cites a variety of factors for the 4% year-over-year rise, including driver impairment and increased exposure. ABC's Jim Ryan joins Tony with a look.

While families strike out this spring to visit college campuses for the fall, 77% of Millennials who have had student loan debt say they would have approached their college finances differently in hindsight, and 73% say they've delayed a major milestone because of their student debt. BankRate.com's Mark Hamrick takes a look at the numbers with Tony.
