Pressure continues to build in Venezuela, as planeloads of US aid arrived in Colombia this week, only to be blocked from entering Venezuela. Meanwhile, a shipment of Russian aid arrived in Caracas. A New poll out indicates that President Trump's declaration of a national emergency is largely unpopular with Americans. What does this polling indicate about how the Presidents message is sitting? Meanwhile Bernie Sanders is officially running for President, as there are more developments in the Mueller investigation. NBC News Radio’s Michael Bower has the latest with Tony.


Adam Grant, a Wharton professor and organizational psychologist, says that there's a link between how you handle email and how successful you are professionally, citing a study of Microsoft employees that found the least effective managers were also the slowest to respond to emails. Grant says it's just plain rude to ignore all your emails, saying "Your priorities should include other people and their priorities." That doesn't mean he thinks you should answer every single email you get, though. There are some definite exceptions. ABC's Cheri Preston runs it down with Tony.


Most of the country will be under some sort of winter weather watch today. A large system is expected to dump snow, ice or freezing rain from the plains and Midwest into the mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Flooding is the concern in the south where over 20 million people are under a flash flood warning. CBS News' Jim Krasula is following the weather from areas around the south and talks with Tony.
